Zipcarz is Hong Kong’s fastest growing Commission based Ride App that connects riders with nearby drivers for hassle-free transportation.
You can download the Zipcarz App for free from the Google Play Store for Android (or) the App Store for iOS.
You can log in to the Zipcarz App by following these simple steps:
1. Open the Zipcarz App
2. Enter your mobile number and click on “Arrow —> ” Button Next to Mobile number field.
3. Submit the OTP received on your registered mobile number to log in to the Zipcarz App.
Book a Ride in Zipcarz app by simply following these Simple Steps:
1. Enter Pick Location
2. Enter Drop Location
3. Choose the Car Type
4. Click on Book Now
Once the ride is completed, Zipcarz Customers can pay the driver via wallet. Alternatively, you can pay the cash directly to the driver. It’s a simple and convenient process!

You can request a ride for someone or others by following these simple steps:
1. Open Zipcarz App
2. Choose Pickup and drop location
3. Select Vehicle
4. Then Select “Bike Ride for Others.”
5. Select “Enter Friend Name” Field and can enter friend name manually or choose the friend from phone contacts. And enter friends 10-digits mobile number.
6. Click on Save.
7. Select Payment Mode Either Wallet or Cash
8. Click on “Ride Now”.
In this way, you can request a ride for friend or someone using book for others feature in our Zipcarz app.
Emergency Contact in Zipcarz is a safety feature that allows users to quickly alert emergency contacts by sending your on-going ride details and Zipcarz support team in case of an emergency during a ride and it send alerts to the nearby Police departments to ensure the customers security
Registering as a driver in the Zipcarz Driver App is very simple. Follow these easy steps to get started:
1. Install the “Zipcarz Driver App” from the Play Store or App Store.
2. Open the app, enter your mobile number and submit the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
3. Select the type of vehicle you own.
4. Upload a selfie with your vehicle.
5. Upload your HKID details (front and back photos), Vehicle Token details (front photo), driving license details (front and back photos), and vehicle registration number details (front and back photos of the RC).
6. The uploaded documents will be under verification and will be verified within 24 hours.
Once the documents are verified by Volta, you will be successfully registered as a Zipcarz driver.
Log in to the Zipcarz Driver App by following these simple steps:
1. Open the Zipcarz Driver App.
2. Enter your mobile number.
3. Submit the OTP (One-Time Password) sent to your registered mobile number.
Keep the “Toggle ON” in Zipcarz Driver App by following these simple steps:
1. Open the Zipcarz Driver App.
2. Log in to your account.
3. On the home screen, Enable the Toggle by sliding it to the right in the head section. Note: By keeping the “Toggle ON”, you’ll be ready to receive ride requests from customers.
Drivers can Accept the ride in Zipcarz Driver App by following these simple steps:
1. Once you receive the Ride Request on the home screen.
2. Tap ‘Accept’ on the ride request.
3. Once accepted, you’ll receive all the trip details to proceed with the Ride.
Complete the ride in the Zipcarz Driver App by following these simple steps:
- Go to the Pickup Location:1. After accepting the ride request, you’ll be redirected to the Pickup Location screen.2. Go to the customer pickup location as indicated in the trip details.3. Once you arrive, tap the ‘Reached Pickup Location’ button.
- Verify the OTP and Start the Ride:1. Verify the OTP from the customer to confirm the ride.2. After verification, you’ll receive the drop location details.
- Go to the Drop Location:
- Drive to the customer’s drop location as specified in the trip details.
- Upon arrival, Tap the ‘Reached Drop Location’ button.
- Receive Payment:
- For UPI Payment:
- Show the QR code to the customer for payment.
- Once the payment is received, tap ‘Cash Collected’.
- For Cash Payment:
- Collect cash from the customer.
- Tap ‘Cash Collected’.
- For UPI Payment:
- View the Invoice:
- After receiving the payment successfully, you can view the invoice with all the trip details.

- Driver Selfie with Vehicle
These are the documents needed to successfully register as a Zipcarz driver.
Zipcarz is currently available in Hong Kong. Zipcarz is expanding rapidly and has plans to move to more cities with the aim of providing reliable ride-hailing services in India.
Once you’re logged into the Zipcarz Driver app and keep the toggle on to get the rides, you’ll start receiving ride requests from nearby passengers. Simply accept the requests to take the rides and start earning zero-commission income on all rides.
