Thank you for using our Zipcarz App. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your experience. If you have any issues or concerns, please contact our customer support team at support@zipcarz.com or through contact-us section in Zipcarz App

Ride Cancellation by Driver: If a Driver cancels a ride after accepting your request, you will not be charged for the ride, and any pre-authorized hold on your payment method will be released.

Ride Cancellation by Passenger: If you cancel a ride after a Driver has been assigned, you may be charged a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will vary depending on the specific circumstances of the cancellation.

Refund for Payment Made: If you have been charged for a ride that was not provided, you are entitled to a refund. Please contact our customer support team at support@zipcarz.com or through the contact-us in Zipcarz App to request a refund. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of approval.

No-Show Fee Refund: If you are charged a no-show fee but believe that you were not at fault for missing the ride, you may request a refund of the fee. Please contact our customer support team at support@zipcarz.com or through the contact-us section in zipcarz App to request a refund. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of approval.

Disputed Charges: If you believe that you have been charged in error or that your payment method has been used without your authorization, please contact our customer support team at support@zipcarz.com or through the contact-us section in Zipcarz App immediately. We will investigate the issue and take appropriate action, which may include issuing a refund.

Other Refunds: We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we determine that a refund or credit is appropriate, we will issue it within 7 business days of approval.

Please note that all refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to pay for the ride. If the payment method is no longer valid or has expired, it is your responsibility to provide us with updated payment information in order to receive the refund.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time, in our sole discretion. If we make any material changes, we will notify you by email or through the App.
